Who Are We?

GuaranteedCompensation.com™ is the trading name of Pacific Pioneer Limited. It began life as a housing disrepair venture in May 2001. Its objective then was to help local authority and housing association tenants with significant disrepairs to their homes. These were tenants whose complaints had largely been ignored by their landlords. We assisted them in getting redress and justice by taking up the claims on their behalf on a 'no win–no fee' basis. However, during the course of our investigations into many of these claims, we often found that many of them involved an element of personal injury.

A personal injury section was established within the business in November 2001. A year later, the housing disrepair side was dispensed with to allow us to focus solely on helping our personal injury clients.

The business was incorporated as Pacific Claims Management Limited in November 2003 and subsequently changed its name to Pacific Pioneer Limited in June 2008.

Our Mission

Our primary goal is to help those who have been injured in accidents through no fault of theirs secure justice in the form of the financial compensation the law says they deserve.

To this end we offer a unique service whereby we actually guarantee our personal injury clients their compensation awards in full or £1,000 if we fail them.

This means, we will not accept your claim for compensation unless we are absolutely confident of victory on your behalf.
