What We Do

We consult on the following types of personal injury compensation claims:

• Road traffic accidents - This is any type of accident on the road involving any type of vehicle.

• Accidents at work - Obviously, any work related accident where injuries have been sustained

• Slip, trip or falls - in public places; e.g., restaurants, theatres, shopping malls, supermarkets, etc.

• Claims for industrial disease - These include Vibration White Finger.

What We Don't Do

We do NOT handle any of the following:

• Slips, trips or falls on PAVEMENTS, KERBS or SIDEWALKS

• Criminal injuries - these are invariably handled by a competent Government agency anyway - CICA

• Medical negligence claims. These are usually long-drawn out affairs and extremely difficult to prove.
